Terms of Service
Service scope
The 14-Day Pipeline Engine is a fixed-scope implementation service for outbound sales infrastructure, prospect sourcing, campaign setup, and handoff documentation.
No guarantee of results
The service does not guarantee meetings, sales, revenue, inbox placement, or specific campaign performance. Results depend on the client's offer, market, list quality, messaging, sending practices, and follow-up.
Client-owned accounts
Clients are responsible for purchasing and maintaining their own domains, inboxes, software subscriptions, CRM accounts, enrichment tools, and other third-party services.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due as 50% upfront to reserve the project slot and 50% at final project handoff.
Acceptable use
Clients are responsible for using outbound systems in compliance with applicable laws, platform terms, and email-sending rules. This includes responsible prospecting, accurate sender identity, and appropriate unsubscribe or opt-out handling.
